We have been told we serve the best pulled pork in town or otherwise.
Our Pork is sourced and grown locally at Sobie Meats.
Serves 3-4 people per pound. Includes buns and Pork Fat Slim's sauce.

Slow smoked, flavored with just Salt,Pepper, Lemon Pepper and
Oak Serves 3-4 people per pound.

Rack of Ribs                                                                                                                    $25/Rack                                                               Serves 3-4 people and includes Pork Fat Slim's sauce. These award winning ribs have salt, pepper, garlic, and regular sauce caramelized on top.
Add $5 per rack for baby back ribs.

Award Winning Brisket                                                                                          $18/lb
The best Brisket you will ever taste! We slow smoke our Brisket
with Salt, Pepper and Oak, Nothing else! The meat is sourced locally
at Sobie Meats.
    

Chorizo, Andouille, Keilbasa                                                                                 $8/lb
Homemade with Love!
2-3 smoked links per pound. It can either be purchased in fresh or smoked
links. In the case of the Chorizo we can sell it linked/smoked or
uncased/uncooked for use in chili, queso, breakfast, tacos etc.
This is not like the greasy stuff you buy at Meijer

Mac and Cheese                                                                                            $35.00 per pan
We have been told this Mac is like Crack! One pan feeds
about 12-14 people.
Add $10 for a lb of crispy BACON added in.

Cheesy Potatoes                                                                    $33.00 per pan
This stuff will cure what ails ya! Feeds 12-14 people

Beans                                                                                                                             $1.00/person
Contains our award winning sauce.

Minimum charge for a tossed salad is $30 for small groups.
Includes: croutons, tomatoes, cucumber, ranch and
french dressing. If you would like to add anything to the
salad please let us know.
